DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- Commissions may take up to 1 month depending on complexity, queue, health, or personal matters.
- I will keep you updated if delays occur.
- If you wish to skip the queue and be priority, the fee will be $10 USD. You will have to Directly Message me before placing your order.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.
I may use the artwork to:
Promote myself and my services.
Post on social media and in my portfolio.
Work on during stream.
Exceptions:
If an NDA was purchased, the artwork will not be posted or used for promotional purposes.
- Commissions are for Personal Use only, unless commercial rights are purchased. (Additional fees will apply.)
- My art work may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on socials with credit, or printing yourself, but cannot be used for profit without prior agreement.
- AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work cannot be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.
- I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.
- Communication is important. If I do not receive a response within a week, I will proceed and deliver the work as is
- You will receive 2 free revisions (Sketch stage only.) Additional revisions will cost $10 each, paid before I continue. Please provide all feedback during the sketch stage.
- Credit me with my username, not just "credit to the artist." Preferably tag me in the post or link one of my social media accounts.
- Please don't commission me if you don't have the funds to do so, or if you're using your parents' debt/credit card without permission.
- I will not nor are you allowed to remove my watermark. Exception for monetized/commercial art.
REVISIONS
- Revisions are only available during the sketch phase.
- Once sketches are approved, only minor things can be changed, (changing the color of something, etc.) Mistakes I make will always be corrected at no cost.
- Major changes after sketch approval will require an additional fee of $10 per change, paid before I continue.
PAYMENTS & FEES
- All payments are upfront in full through Ko-Fi via stripe only.
- Payments to proposals should be paid fully within 2 weeks or will be declined.
- A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee of $100 applies if you request that I do not post your commission publicly or use it as part of my portfolio.
- Complexity Fee is between $10-100 for all commissions.
- No refunds unless I am unable to finish the commission.
- If a commissioner wishes to buy Commercial Use AFTER a commission, the prices will be:
- Monetized content, $25
- Commercial merchandising, $100
